Full-Service Wedding Planning:

  • Advice on wedding/ event tradition, event etiquette, and current event trends and styles
  • Scheduling and attendance at most vendor meetings (3-5 meetings)
  • Maintaining payment schedules
  • Assistance with design and implementation of invitations
  • Assist with seating charts and event layout
  • Advise on venue locations and custom venue search
  • Assist with creating a theme, style, or design

Day of Coordination Package:

  • Initial Consultation
  • Plan and Coordinate Event/Wedding Day
  • Attend organizational meetings to gather event/wedding details & vendor contracts.
  • Planning meetings begin 4-6 weeks in advance of event day.
  • Planning of Event/ Wedding Day itinerary and reception timeline
  • Vendor Confirmations
  • Plan and coordinate wedding rehearsal
  • Run Wedding rehearsal
  • Onsite Event Day Contact
  • Oversee Event day setup and assist with styling
  • Instruct the duties of all parties involved in the wedding processional
  • Create wedding processional line-up
  • Assist with transition to reception
  • Manage communication with catering staff, florist, disc jockey, photographer, and videographer, officiate, etc.
  • Attend Onsite Walk through of Venue to discuss layout
  • Keep event/ wedding reception running efficiently
  • Deliver tips & final payments to vendors
  • Supervision of the entire reception- Arrive with vendors and oversee vendor set up for the Event including equipment and tent set-up, Caterer, Bartender, DJ, Florist, Linens and any other Vendor involved for arrival and set up.
  • Be on Site for your Wedding/ Event Day to ensure flawless, stress-free execution of the entire event. (10 hours maximum on event day). More hours can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee.
  • Assist with Venue break down. (Packing of gifts, decorations, centerpieces, and cake).
  • Event Assistant to assist with Set up.
  • Unlimited Phone and email access to your Coordinator.

Partial Planning:

  • Up to 10 hours of consultations to be used for planning purposes determined by you.
  • Venue Search
  • Wedding planning spreadsheet to assist in creating your itinerary and details
  • One planning meeting to discuss final details
  • Couples typically use these 10 hours for:
  • Creating a detailed budget and monthly to-do list
  • Vendor recommendations – photo/video, DJ/band, officiant, flowers/decor, cake, etc
  • Research on Venues & logistics
  • Sourcing unique or hard-to-find items/services
  • Planning meetings
  • Vendor visits
  • Itinerary planning & timeline
  • Final venue meeting
  • Creating an itinerary package for helpers, vendors, and wedding party
  • Coordination of transition from Ceremony to Reception Space
  • Design of Wedding & Ceremony Layout
  • Site Walkthrough
    (This package does not include in-person assistance on wedding day)

Ceremony Coordination:

  • Rehearsal and ceremony coordination.
  • Ceremony decorations set up if needed.
  • Transfer of items from ceremony to reception if needed.
    2 planning meetings prior to event including site walkthrough
  • Unlimited Phone calls and emails
    (up to 4 total labor hours day of event)

Venue Search:

We will provide a comprehensive review of all wedding/ event venues that meet the client’s needs.

  • Event Budget
  • Accommodations
  • Seating/Layout
  • Amenities
  • Location
  • Style/ Design
  • Availability
  • Provide a detailed venue comparison sheet ( up to 12 venues)
  • Provide venue website/brochure and pictures
  • Set appointments to view venues of interest
